The DHSA is an official registered student organization (RSO) at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is open to undergraduates and graduate students as well as those pursuing the Graduate Certificate in Digital Humanities as a standalone certificate. The goal of the DHSA is to support students who are interested in the digital humanities in an interdisciplinary environment, encouraging collaboration across different departments. A part of this goal, the association organizes events, such as the DHDialogues, the DHBootcamp, training sessions, etc., that foster digital humanities research.
The association seeks not only to provide training and support for students already working within the field, but also to foster a larger awareness of and interest in the digital humanities.
